Child Artiste Jhanak Shukla From Shah Rukh Khan's Kal Ho Naa Ho Says, 'I'm 25, I'm Not Earning Anything'; Shares About Her Life Post Taking A Break From Acting- VIDEO
When you share screen space with none other Shah Rukh Khan as a child artist, there are chances you will be picked by the filmmakers to star in their projects. But it seems like not Jhanak Shukla, the actress who is 25 today, rose to fame with her portrayal of Gia in Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta starrer Kal Ho Naa Ho. She was later seen as a cute little robot in the TV show, Karishma Ka Karishmaa, thus making her a household name. But now the actress has drifted apart from her art of acting.

As per the video shared by Brut India, the actress decided to take a break and chill a bit when she turned 15-16. Justifying her break, she shared that she worked a lot and now enjoys slow-paced life by indulging in writing and travelling. Also she shared her parents being supportive enough of her decision. However, unlike others who strive hard to make it big in Bollywood, the actress has no regrets, as she already has a master’s degree in place.

An archaeologist, Jhanak is fond of history, expressing she wants to settle down in New Zealand and work in a museum, leading a quiet life.

However, when she began acting, she had thought that she would earn a lot, and settle down at the age of 24, but now she has no money, laughingly says Jhanak. ALSO READ: Kuch Kuch Hota Hai Child Artist Parzaan Dastur Clarifies On Wedding Reports; Says He Is Engaged And NOT Married
