CHOPPED: Aishwarya And Ranbir’s 3 Steamy Scenes From Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil
Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s film gets an UA certificate after the censor cuts 3 intimate scenes
If not from MNS, a relief for Karan Johar from the Censor Board at least.
Karan’s Diwali release Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has received an UA certificate from the Censor Board after chopping 3 intimate scenes between Ranbir and Aishwarya.
Reportedly, one of the chopped scenes is a part of the trailer as well.
It is also said that Karan was present at the screening while the Censor Board viewed the film because he didn’t want any unnecessary cuts which would result in his film losing its essence.
It is quite evident that Karan is very sentimental about his projects. Hence, it doesn’t come as a surprise that he wanted to be present with the Censor Board officials.
It’s also been reported that Karan argued with the board about the chopped scenes convincing them that they were important to the flow of the film. However, CBFC was not very impressed with it and ordered the cuts as their final verdict.
While the scenes between Ranbir and Aishwarya have gained a lot of limelight, buzz is that Aishwarya’s character originally was not that bold.
When Karan narrated the script to her, Aishwarya demanded that more boldness should be attributed to her character. But now as it stands, a bit of boldness has been chopped off the film.
We wonder what could have been that steamy in a Karan Johar’s project that the censor had to cut it out from the movie!
