CONFIRMED: Abhishek Bachchan Is Doing Sajid Nadiadwala's Housefull 4
Hope this puts all speculation to rest whether Abhishek Bachchan is doing the Sajid Khan directed Housefull 4 or not. The film will be mounted on an expensive budget and Bachchan Jr is very much a part of it
News has been
floating that either Abhishek Bachchan has been dropped from the fourth
installment of Housefull or opted out, which is expected to see such big names
as Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, John Abraham and Arjun Rampal.

Lekin aisa kuch nahin hai! Abhishek Bachchan, who was in Housefull 3, is very
much doing Housefull 4--- expected to hit theatres in Diwali 2019.
The
pre-production work on the film has also begun at Nadiadwala's office in
Andheri, and the film is being touted as the costliest comedy film made in
India, ever.
Sajid Nadiadwala, Akshay Kumar And Sajid Khan
Director Sajid Khan was replaced after the first two installments by the
director duo Sajid-Farhad. There was a big fallout between Nadiadwala and Khan
in 2012 (few creative differences in Housefull 2 followed by Khan's statements
against Nadiadwala's buddy Akshay Kumar's success)--- but the two patched
up, two years later.

“One regret in life is that I shouldn’t have fought with my best friend Sajid
Nadiadwala. I think he also regrets it. Nadiadwala and me are like soul
brothers. He has also seen poverty the way I have. He is a very nice guy. We
had been friends for 17 years, but for last two years we weren’t friends. Now
we are back. We both said, in a friendship of 17 years, enmity of two years is
allowed. Even we knew that we had to come together,” Khan had said in an
interview to a section of the media in 2014.
So, what exactly had Khan said about Akshay? When TV host Rajeev Masand
had asked Khan why he doesn't work with newcomers, Khan had shot back:
"Housefull 1 and Housefull 2 , sort of, got Akshay out of a bad patch of
six to seven flop films. He had a run of six to seven flop films, after
which Housefull became
the first big grosser in 2010. Then again, he had a patch of six to seven
films. Then again, it was Housefull 2." Naturally, Nadiadwala was infuriated--- and Khan was told to
not direct Housefull 3.
And now, Khan is back to helm the fourth installment. Reportedly, Khan had
apologised to Nadiadwala--- and we wouldn't be surprised if he did the same to
Akshay too.
Anyway,
we really wonder how false rumours emanate--- every now and then. Abhishek is
not out of Housefull 4.
