Alia Bhatt recently kick-started the shoot of her upcoming film, Darlings -- which she has also produced. On Monday, her production house, Eternal Sunshine took to Instagram and shared some pictures where Alia along with Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma and Roshan Matthew gave us a little peek into their Chapter 1 -- their introduction time. The pictures are from their script reading session where everyone is seen reading their scripts, and enjoying a little laughter. The production house captioned the pictures: ‘Chapter 1: Introduction Yeh comedy thodi dark hai.’
Alia is seen wearing an oversized pale yellow hoodie with golden hoop hearings, whereas Shefali was a little more comfortable in a sweatshirt and pants. Even though they have mentioned it is going to be dark, their fun session hinted otherwise. Talking about Alia’s previous Instagram post, she had shared pictures of her day one where the 28-year old star is seen sitting on a chair and reading the script, presumably in her vanity van.
Her Instagram caption read, “Day one of DARLINGS! my first film as a producer but I will always be an actor first & forever (in this case a very nervous actor) I don’t know what it is .. a night before I start a new film I get this nervous tingling energy all over my body.. i dream all night about messing up my lines..become jumpy.. reach set 15 mins before time fearing I’ll be late! I guess this feeling will never go away.. and it shouldn’t - because being nervous.. and feeling unsure means you really really care.”
Alia also mentioned she was feeling nervous in her post-script.
