Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and ace shuttler PV Sindhu have come together to shoot for a promotional video for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s new initiatice which is called ‘Bharat Ki Laxmi.’ This video has been shared by PV Sindhu as well as Deepika Padukone on their social media handles and in the video we can see them sharing their stories with the world and also urging people to nominate women who have contributed to the society and share that with the hashtag #Bharatkilaxmi. Pm Modi also shared PV Sindhu’s post and mentioned that both Deepika and PV Sindhu have excellently conveyed the message.

Taking to Twitter, Deepika Padukone shared the promotional video and wrote, “This Diwali, let us throw light on & celebrate the contribution & accomplishments of the women of our country! #BharatKiLaxmi.” PV Sindhu posted the video and wrote, “Societies grow when women are empowered and their accomplishments are given a place of pride! I support PM @narendramodi ji #BharatKiLaxmi movement. It celebrates extraordinary achievements of extraordinary women of India. Sharing PV Sindhu’s Twitter post, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tagged both Deepika Padukone and PV Sindhu and tweeted, “India’s Nari Shakti epitomises talent and tenacity, determination and dedication. The 2-minute 12-second promotional video also features Sindhutai and her accomplishments along with Deepika Padukone and PV Sindhu.
