Recently, while reacting to Ranveer’s post, Deepika revealed the nickname name she has kept for her actor husband. His name is just too cute for words. The actress addressed the actor as ‘cookie’. Taking to his Instagram handle, the Simmba actor posted a few photos of him receiving an award from Kabir Khan for 83 at an award night. In the pictures, he was seen kissing and hugging the filmmaker as he accepts his award. Reacting to his post, his doting wife Deepika commented, “Our shelves are full cookie!But who cares…Keep em coming! @ranveersingh.” It was Deepika's sweet comment on the pictures that caught everyone’s attention. Helmed by Kabir Khan, the sports drama 83 was based on the Indian national cricket team led by Kapil Dev, which won the 1983 Cricket World Cup. The film saw Ranveer playing Kapil and Deepika in the role of his wife Romi Bhatia. The movie was released last year and won many awards and praise from critics and audiences alike.
Interestingly, both Deepika and Ranveer have an array of interesting lineups. The Piku actress has Pan-India project Project K with Prabhas, Shah Rukh Khan's comeback Pathaan, Fighter with Hrithik Roshan, and an Indian adaptation of the American comedy-drama The Intern. Ranveer, on the other hand, has been busy shooting for Karan Johar’s upcoming directorial ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ with Alia Bhatt.
