Deepika Padukone Reveals Her Favourite Performance Of 2020 Was Taapsee Pannu’s Biggini Shoot; Says ‘I Am A Huge Fan’

Deepika Padukone has resumed work and is pretty busy of late. The actress is shooting for her next film with filmmaker Shakun Batra and has also kick-started work on the film Pathan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. Padukone was recently clicked by the paparazzi in town, as she got along with the team in Southern Mumbai for the shoot. Now, during a roundtable interview, Deepika revealed that her favourite performance of 2020 was Taapsee’s Biggini shoot from her Maldives vacation.
The Chhapaak actress mentioned to Taapsee Pannu that she is a huge fan of hers after watching her Biggini shoot video from her Maldives vacation. Deepika Padukone told Taapsee that her Biggini shoot was her favourite performance and said, “Taapsee your Biggini Shoot was my favourite performance. I am huge fan, more so after watching that video.” To which, Taapsee replied to Deepika and said that she will make a special video for her in the future.
Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu made a funny video with her sisters during her recent trip to the Maldives. The video saw the girls dancing to Yashraj Mukhate’s viral Biggini Shoot song. The hilarious video of Pannu even had a guest appearance from her boyfriend, Mathias Boe. The video went on to garner 1.9 million views and counting. It also got comments from Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and several others.
During the interview, Deepika Padukone also revealed that she enjoyed watching the Amazon Prime Video web series Paatal Lok. The Piku star heaped praises of the web series produced by Anushka Sharma and her brother Karnesh. Talking about Paatal Lok, the series stars Jaydeep Alhawat essaying the character of the cop, Hathiram Chaudhary.
