Deepika replaces Ash as the face of Lodha Group

Mastani has bagged it again. And this time it’s a shark from the real-estate territory.
One of Mumbai’s top property developers, Lodha Group, has roped in Deepika Padukone to be the face of a new property that they are coming up with, off the Mumbai-Pune highway.
The actress has already shot a campaign with the concerned brand that plans to unveil it sometime later this month.
Interestingly, it was Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who until recently endorsed the developer, but it seems that the company’s top management wanted a fresh, young, more aspirational face to represent their luxury product that insiders say ‘redefines beauty much like Deepika herself.’
While an official comment couldn’t be obtained, an insider from Lodha Group on condition of anonymity, told SpotboyE, “Aishwarya’s contract is drawing to a close. We have firmly decided that Deepika will step into her shoes thereafter."
