Delhi Assembly Elections are currently taking place in Delhi and to fulfill her duties, Taapsee Pannu cast her vote with Pannu Parivaar. The actress, who’s receiving rave reviews for her performance in Thappad trailer took a very important break to reach Delhi and vote. Polling for the 70 seats of Delhi Assembly began at 8 am in the national capital today (February 8) amid tight security. The actress landed in Delhi, yesterday and had posted an in-flight picture and had written in the caption that she’s ready to get inked tomorrow! She also mentioned that she’s taking a quick break to make sure she votes.
Taapsee is among the first celebrities we spotted casting her vote with family. Posting a family picture while flaunting their inked fingers Taapsee wrote, “‘Pannu Parivaar’ has voted. Have you ? #VoteDelhi #EveryVoteCounts” Wearing a blue turtle neck sweatshirt with matching yoga joggers, Taapse Pannu opted for a casual outfit. Meanwhile, other personalities have been asking their fans and followers to go out and vote.
