Veteran actor Dharmendra always keeps his fans updated about what’s going on in his life. He loves interacting with his fans, and often posts videos of himself addressing them, sharing positive messages, and so on. The actor has been staying at his farmhouse in Lonavala, and recently, he shared a video from there, giving fans a glimpse of the swimming pool at his farmhouse, and also revealed what he does to keep himself fit and healthy.

Dharmendra took to his Twitter account and posted a video wherein he is seen exercising inside the swimming pool. Sharing the video, he revealed in his caption that he has started water aerobics along with Yoga and some light exercise to keep himself fit. “Friends, with his blessings and your good wishes ...I have started water aerobics along with Yoga and light exercise . Health is his great blessing to keep going. Be happy healthy and strong,” he wrote.

A fan of Dharmendra wrote that he is an inspiration, and lauded how fit he is even at this age. Replying to the fan, Dharmendra wrote, “Deepak, Health hi rooh ki khushi hai ..... wealth to ..fikhron ka ambaar hai. Be happy healthy and strong.” Another Twitter user commented, “What a man! Amid the second wave of COVID-19, Dharmendra reached out to his fans via a video, and said, “I keep hearing the news every day, it hurts. I pray that this disease ends soon. You all take care of yourself. Follow the instructions that are being given to you. My prayers are with you all that corona shall not even touch you. All will be well, be happy.
