Dharmendra Receives The First Shot Of COVID-19 Vaccine Amidst Rising Cases In Maharashtra; Says ‘Definitely Not A Show Off But To Inspire'
A few days ago, SpotboyE.com exclusively reported that actor Dharmendra revealed he will be taking the COVID-19 vaccine jab this week. Well, having said that, the legendary actor took to his Twitter handle to share a video, informing that he has taken the first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine amidst the rise in cases in Maharashtra. In the video, a doctor official is seen injecting the vaccine into his arm. While sharing the video on his micro-blogging site, he said the reason behind sharing the video is to inspire many and not showing off.

He wrote, “Tweet karte karte.... josh aa gaya ...aur main nikal gaya....vaccination lene .... it’s definitely not a show off...but to inspire you all.....  Friends, please take care” Earlier, he had shared a throwback picture of himself while reminding everyone how masks are important and mandatory in these current times. He tweeted, “Mask laga kar baith..... tere tarboz koi nahin kharede ga.......lock down ko lock karna hai ..... to do gaz ki doori aur mask zarori.” Speaking about his vaccination, he told us, “I recommend it to all, especially the elders. If we must stop this terrible virus, social distancing and the vaccination are the only way out. I am very saddened to see people in Mumbai not wearing their masks, not following COVID-19 guidelines. By pretending that the pandemic is gone, it won’t go away. We must continue to be very careful.”

On the other hand, stars like Bigg Boss 14’s Nikki Tamboli, Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein actor Neil Bhatt, Aishwarya Sharma, Satish Kaushik, Manoj Bajpayee, Prem Bandhan actor Ariah Agarwal, Yennai Arindhaal's star Ashish Vidyarthi, Sunil Chhetri, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Bhide aka Mandar Chandwadkar and others have tested positive for the deadly virus in the recent times.
