Pulkit Samrat's affair with Yami Gautam seems to have come to an abrupt end. And Salman Khan has definitely something to do with it (or should we say, everything to do with it). And why not? His rakhi sister Shweta Rohira’s marriage was at stake. So what exactly did Bollywood's Prem do?
Many eyebrows were raised when Salman invited Pulkit to his birthday bash last month (Has Salman forgiven Pulkit Samrat?, December 27). In fact, inviting Pulkit was the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star’s first step towards fixing the broken marriage.
A source close to the actor says, “Salman treated Pulkit very well that night. Though very little was spoken about the crumbling marriage between the the two, samajhdar ko ishara hi kaafi hai."
Yes, when Shweta was a no-show at the same bash, tongues started wagging about how Salman is miffed with his pyaari behna. The real story was far from that.
Salman had very much invited Shweta to the party. But she had informed him beforehand that she would be in Delhi that day to celebrate her grandfather’s birthday. So no hard feelings.
Now, we hear, the Fukrey actor is ready to give his marriage a second shot.
