Dilip Kumar Health Update: Doctor Confirms Veteran Actor's ‘Health Is Improving; Breathlessness Has Also Subdued’
Doctors confirm that Dilip Kumar's health is improving and his breathlessness has also subdued, even though he continues to be on oxygen support
On June 6, the legendary actor Dilip Kumar was hospitalised at PD Hinduja after he complained of breathing issues. Later, he was being diagnosed with bilateral pleural effusion. Even though he was in the ICU, he was not on the ventilator. Now, the latest health update suggests that Dilip Kumar’s health is improving and his breathlessness has also being subdued, confirms Dr Parkar. As per a news agency, ANI, the doctor also mentioned that he continues to be on oxygen support but his condition is stable now.
Dr Jalil Parkar provided an update regarding Kumar's health and said, “Dilip Kumar's health is improving and the problem of breathlessness has also subdued, but he continues to be on oxygen support.” Earlier on Sunday, Dr Parkar confirmed that the veteran actor's condition was stable and said, “His condition is stable now. Even though he is in the ICU, he is not on a ventilator. We are trying our best that he makes a quick recovery and goes back home.” Only yesterday, the Fashion director, Madhur Bhandarkar paid a visit to the ailing actor where he revealed that the actor is stable and recovering.
Earlier, Saira Banu posted a long message on Dilip Kumar’s Twitter handle which read, “Past few days my beloved husband, Yousuf Khan, has been unwell and recuperating at a hospital in Mumbai. Through this note, I want to thank you all for keeping him in your prayers and for all the love and affection.” She added, “My husband, my Kohinoor, our Dilip Kumar Sahab’s health is stable and doctors have assured me that he should be discharged soon.”

“I urge you to not believe in rumours. While I ask you to pray for Sahab’s health, I am praying that the Almighty keep all of you safe and healthy during this pandemic.” She concluded her note.
