Dilip Kumar Health Update: Senior Actor To Remain In The Hospital For Medical Care, Confirms His Friend Faisal Farooqui
Dilip Kumar is currently admitted to Mumbai’s Hinduja Hospital, he is stable now confirmed his friend
Legendary actor Dilip Kumar has been in and out of the hospital for the last couple of years. While on June 11, came news of the actor getting discharged from the hospital, on June 30 came to the news of the actor again been rushed to the hospital. As reported by news agency PTI, Dilip Kumar's family friend Faisal Farooqui confirmed that the actor is stable now and was taken to a suburban hospital to address some medical issues that the 98-year-old actor faced. Dilip Kumar had complained of breathlessness.
Faisal said, “He is stable. He continues to be in the hospital on doctor's advice so that doctor can provide necessary medical attention given his age. The family believes he will be discharged in a day or two." He also thanked all the fans of the actor for their prayer and support on behalf of the family. The actor was admitted to Mumbai's Khar Hinduja Hospital on Tuesday and is a non-COVID-19 hospital. Earlier this month when the actor was brought here he was diagnosed with bilateral pleural effusion.
Followed by being discharged after five days, back then senior actor Shatrughan Sinha and director Madhur Bhandarkar paid a visit to him. On that note here’s wishing the actor a speedy recovery.

Dilip Kumar has a career spanning over 5 decades, during which he delivered hit films such as Devdas, Naya Daur, Mughal-e-Azam, Ram Aur Shyam and more. The senior actor was last seen on the silver screen in the movie, Qilla released in 1998.
