Well, Mouni’s story was reported by a media publication and while fans complimented Disha’s boldness, netizens, as usual, mocked her for her clothing preferences. Talking about the show, the organisers had taken to social media to announce that their show in Oakland was cancelled due to flood alert. The post stated that the show was cancelled because of flood alert and that the Bollywood team “wasn't feeling safe to fly and bring their whole team to California.” Apologizing to the fans and sponsors, they revealed that a new date will be announced soon.
On the work front, last seen in Mohit Suri’s Ek Villain Returns alongside John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor and Tara Sutaria, Disha has many films in the pipeline. She will be seen sharing screen space with Sidharth Malhotra and Raashii Khanna in Yodha. She is also a part of Project K starring Deepika Padukone, Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan.
