Disha Patani In Salman Khan's Kick Sequel?
This is the latest buzz doing the rounds. After Bharat, Disha Patani may just bag another Salman Khan-starrer -- Kick sequel.
Disha Patani, who essays the role of a trapeze artist in Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-starrer Bharat, may be seen in the Kick sequel, according to a Mumbai Mirror report. The sultry actress has been spotted at Sajid Nadiadwala’s office multiple times and speculations are rife that she may be part of the sequel which goes on floors year-end.
A source told the leading newspaper that Disha and Sajid Nadiadwala are discussing other scripts as well. “One of them is Baaghi 3, which is being scripted but is definitely in the pipeline,” the source said. The source added that part 3 will not continue from where part 2 left off and will feature a new story altogether. Disha will star in at least one film if not both.
Meanwhile, the actress is all praise for Salman Khan. While talking to IANS, she termed the superstar a great human being. She had said, “He (Salman Khan) is very nice. He is a great human being and he's a great co-star. We are working very hard for the film." She also confessed that she feels lucky to be part of the venture. “I feel lucky to be a part of Bharat. I think it's a blessing of God, and the love and support of my family and followers that I am getting to do some good and interesting work. Eventually, everything depends on your hard work."
Bharat is an on-screen adaptation of the 2014 South Korean movie Ode To My Father and is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Besides Salman, Katrina and Disha, the film also stars Tabu and Nora Fatehi in pivotal roles.
