Padmaavat has received a thunderous response at the box-office and so has Deepika Padukone’s performance in the film. Rishi and Neetu Kapoor were mighty impressed by the actress’ acting chops and why not? She has nailed it!
Unable to control their excitement and feelings they shot a bouquet congratulating the actress for her stupendous performance. She took to social media to share a picture of it and captioned it as: "it was so lovely seeing both of you yesterday...Thank You for all the love & appreciation!@neetu54#RishiKapoor."
Deepika might have been taken aback by the re-entry of Ranbir’s parents into her life, but she immediately acknowledged the note of love on social media.
Overwhelmed by the gesture, the Padmaavat star has quoted in a section of the press, “Yes, it was very sweet of them. I was touched. I’ve worked with them in Love Aaj Kal and I have fond memories.”
Post Deepika’s break-up with Ranbir Kapoor, the actress has maintained a cordial relationship with Neetu Kapoor. They have often been seen enjoying each other’s company – HT’s Most Stylish Awards 2017 for one. However, Rishi had chosen to maintain a certain distance.
