Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha starrer Dream Girl is a highly anticipated film and will see the two actors share screen space for the first time. The film has created a flurry of excitement ever since its first poster was released by the makers on social media. In the poster of the film, Ayushmann was seen donning a yellow saree. This left fans a bit confused and were excited for the launch of the trailer. Now, the makers have finally released its official trailer of Dream Girl and the fun, entertaining trailer is sure to crack you up!
Ayushmann Khurrana is back with yet another quirky character in the film where he will transform himself into a Dream Girl named Pooja. Ayushmann has also previously played unconventional and experimental roles before and they have paid off quite well. Now, if the trailer is anything to go by, we’re pretty sure that his role in this film will blow your mind! The trailer starts off with a Ram Leela scene wherein Ayushmann plays the role of Sita. The trailer then goes on to give glimpses of his character. The film revolves around his hunt for a job and manages to impress the owner of a female friendship call centre with his mesmerizing voice. He lands the job as the only male employee and transforms into Pooja. Comedy ensues when people start falling for Pooja’s voice. Check out the trailer here:
Apart from the lead cast of Ayushmann Khurrana and Nushrat Bharucha, the film boasts an interesting cast comprising of Annu Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, Abhishek Bannerjee, Manjot Singh, Nidhi Bisht, Rajesh Sharma, Raj Bhansali among others. The film is produced by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa. The film is set to release on 13 September 2019.
