Eid Al-Adha 2019: Shah Rukh Khan's Post On Bakri Eid Is Full Of Love, Gratitude And Prosperity

As Eid Al-Adha is celebrated today, Bollywood celebs have been taking to social media to wish their fans and followers on the auspicious occasion. A while back we brought you the Eid wishes of Bollywood celebs like Raveena Tandon, Gauahar Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and also of TV celebs like Hina Khan, Shoaib Ibrahim and Rannvijay Singha among others. But it is SRK's wish that is the latest and is full of love and warmth.

A while back, superstar Shah Rukh Khan took to social media to wish his social media Fam on Bakra Eid. Posting an old picture from, SRK wrote, “May today and every day hereafter bring peace of mind, patience in our hearts, prosperity in our actions and prayers of thankfulness for the gifts that we have. May you all be loving and loved all your lives. Eid Mubarak to everyone.” SRK who is in Melbourne currently was attending the 10th edition of the Indian Film Festival Of Melbourne 2019.

A while back, we brought you a story of SRK’s statement on the failure of his last release Zero. During his interaction at the 10th edition of Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, he said, “What drives me to do a film is the people around me who make such a great cinema... And I think I have a huge amount of capacity to do some really good cinema. I have 20-25 years of good cinema left in me.” Speaking about the debacle of Zero and his short break from work he further continued, ‘’I just finished the last film I made and to put it lightly, it was a disaster. I said to myself that let me enjoy a little bit of un-success as I had success for so long. So I have taken some time off for the next four or five months. As a matter of fact, I’m on these breaks... Coming here (Melbourne) and meeting people, realising and discovering new stories, doing intellectual speaking.”
