Bollywood actress Esha Deol is back in the game; set to make her digital debut with Rudra: The Edge of Darkness. The actress is all set to make a comeback to acting, after almost a decade since her last film. Now, in an interview, Esha opens up on her new project. She talks about how excited and thrilled she is to start the project. The actress said she is excited to get back to work and work with Ajay Devgn, with whom she has collaborated earlier.
According to a report in Mid-Day, Esha Deol is extremely happy as she returns to her first love-acting. Talking about the same, as per the report, the actress said, “I am excited to be back at work, especially alongside Ajay. We have been co-stars in numerous movies. There is a comfort level between us.” She revealed there is a comfort level between co-star Ajay Devgn and her, with whom she had teamed up on 2004 film Yuva, 2005 film Kaal, 2007 film Cash.
Speaking further about her new project, Esha Deol said, “I am thrilled to make my digital debut with Rudra. The script charged me up.” The report mentioned that the Rajesh Mapuskar-directed project will be shot across Mumbai. As per the report, the actress is tight-lipped about her role in her new series.
Meanwhile, Rudra: The Edge of Darkness was announced in April. The project also marks Ajay Devgn’s foray into the digital zone. The series is the official adaptation of Idris Elba starrer Luther. Work-wise, Esha was last seen on the big screen in 2011 in the film Tell Me O Kkhuda.
