Even Kareena and Sonakshi said NO to Chiranjeevi
Apart from Katrina Kaif (Katrina says NO to Chiranjeevi, July 30), two more Bollywood heroines- Kareena Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha- had said NO to working in Chiranjeevi's comeback film which is his 150th. While Kareena had conceived then but not declared to the world, she told the filmmakers in question that she couldn't accommodate the film in her date diary. On the other hand, Sonakshi too excused herself taking recourse of the same excuse which has now become "sort of a given if the person is not interested."

It seems that the heroine's part excited neither Kat nor Sona. A source says, "Chiranjeevi was quite flummoxed when he registered a hat-trick of negative replies from Bollywood. He would often wonder that what made three Bollywood heroines refuse a film which stars him."
Adds the source, "He was very keen that either of the three comes on board--- but when the time started running out, he had no option but to consider playing himself opposite others."
Kajal Aggarwal, who however was very much interested and has bagged the film with both hands, will be joining the shoot in the third week of August.
Chiranjeevi's comeback movie is remake of Tamil blockbuster Kaththi which starred Samantha as heroine. V V Vinayak is directing Chiru's 150th movie and Ram Charan is producing it. "Vinayak and Ram Charan were also puzzled about Kat, Bebo and Sona's refusal--- but they put a brave front and went about their other tasks diligently."
