Fans can get crazy at times. They can even get the shoot
halted if they see their favourite star. That’s what happened on-the-sets of
India’s Next Superstar where Karan Johar, Sonakshi Sinha and Rohit Shetty were
shooting for their upcoming episode. Reportedly, Karan Johar’s fan barged into
the sets and refused to leave until she touched the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai
director.
The team requested her to leave the venue, but the fan
refused to budge. To everyone’s horror she started kneeling and then
suddenly said that she was about to faint.
Karan Johar who was witnessing this episode from the
sidelines, quickly decided that he better meet the lady.
The situation was thus saved from getting out of hand---
and the fan left the venue thereafter.
Talking about Karan Johar, he will soon be teaming up
with Shashank Khetan and Varun Dhawan for Rannbhoomi. Varun and Karan were both
elated to share the news on social media and had even announced the
release of the film:
“#RANNBHOOMI Diwali 2020. A warrior will rise.
@karanjohar @shashankkhaitan. Rest of the lead cast will be announced soon
#itdoesntgetbigger,” Varun captioned a pic with KJo and Shashank.
Apart from judging the reality show, Karan Johar is also
producing Brahmastra, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt
and Mouni Roy.The film was earlier titled as Dragon. Also he is launching
Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor in the remake of Sairat titled Dhadak.
KJo (as he is fondly called) has also turned a radio
jockey and gives out advice on matters of love on a radio show, Calling Karan.
