Farhan-Shraddha’s ‘friendship’ acquiring ‘dating’ overtones?

Tongues do wag, don’t they? Bollywood’s grapevine is abuzz about Farhan Akhtar and Shraddha Kapoor becoming too close for comfort nowadays. Farhan and Shraddha, as the world knows, feature in Rock on 2 which was filmed in an extensive schedule in Shillong last year. That’s where Farhan, actor-and co-producer of the Rock On sequel, and Shraddha obviously became “good friends”, and the “friendship” continues on home turf in Mumbai.
The two are being discrete and haven’t been sighted ‘dating’ khullam khulla, to use Bollywood lingo.
That Shraddha is back on good terms with her Aashiqui 2 actor Aditya Roy Kapur is for strictly professional reasons, since they have been teamed up in the remake of a Mani Ratnam movie to be directed by Shaad Ali.
Naturally, the rumours about Farhan-Shraddha are only being whispered behind their backs.
Farhan, in the recent past, has been rumoured to also have had a thing for supporting actress Ridhima Sud, who was part of the ensemble cast of Dil Dhadakne Do.
Here’s hoping that the much-married Farhan sets the record straight on the Shraddha stories, because they’re the talk of showtown at this very moment.
