Sources close to Farhan Akhtar have told SpotboyE that he has almost zeroed down on a flat in the same building (Quantum Park, Bandra) which houses producer Ritesh Sidhwani (his business partner), Lakshya star Preity Zinta and YRF protégé Parineeti Chopra.
Buzz has been that the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor has been staying at his sister Zoya's place ever since he moved out of his house after splitting with wife Adhuna. Clearly he now wants a place of his own.
