Fatima Sana Shaikh Tells Paparazzi She Is ‘Unemployed’ When Asked About Her Upcoming Projects; Hopes To Get Work Once COVID Situation Settles
Fatima Sana Shaikh was recently spotted by the paparazzi, and when asked about her upcoming projects, she said that she is currently unemployed
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected almost everyone and a lot of people have lost their jobs amid the pandemic. This includes the Bollywood industry, as well as most of the work, has come to a halt once again amid the second wave of Coronavirus. Actor Fatima Sana Shaikh has also been affected by it and recently mentioned that she’s currently unemployed. She said this to the paparazzi as she was clicked in the city recently.
Fatima Sana Shaikh was asked about her upcoming projects and she informed that things will only start once the COVID-19 situation in the city improves. The video that has surfaced on social media shows her saying, “Abhi toh jab Covid thoda kum ho jayega, khatam ho jayega, jaise sab ko kaam milega, waise mujhe bhi milega. Abhi berozgaar baithe hai (Once the pandemic situation improves or goes away, I will get work just like everyone else. Right now, I am unemployed).”
The actress was recently seen in the Netflix movie Ajeeb Daastaans opposite Jaideep Ahlawat and was received well by the audience. Last year, she was seen in the films Ludo and Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari.
While speaking to SpotboyE, Fatima Sana Shaikh revealed the films that she would have loved to be a part of. “I would have loved to do a Gangubai Kathiawadi or a Queen, but again scripts like that should come to me, while there are not, I am doing what's best for me," she said.
