Every year, the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated with lots of zeal and enthusiasm across the country, especially in the state of Maharashtra. Mostly, Mumbai witnesses huge processions and devotees visiting Ganpati pandals in the city to seek blessings from Bappa for the year ahead. Like many, several Bollywood celebrities also welcome Bappa home and celebrate the festival. This year, the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi will be observed on Saturday, August 22, but sadly, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the 10-day festival will not be feasible for people to celebrate considering the social distancing norms.

Like many other celebrities, Kareena Kapoor Khan makes sure she visits the home of her aunt Reema Jain for the Ganpati celebrations. Over the years, the Kapoor’s have been celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi with a bang, and Kareena is always clicked when she arrives to seek blessings from Bappa at her cousins Armaan Jain and Aadar Jain’s residence. On Instagram, in a video shared, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan’s son Taimur Ali Khan is spotted playing with his uncle Aadar Jain. The video features Taimur kicking a toy and is seen wearing a white coloured Kurta Pyjama. The little munchkin looks totally adorable and is too cute for words. The video dates back to the Ganpati celebrations at Kareena’s aunt Reema Jain’s home in 2018. Another video of Taimur playing with the toy was shared by Armaan Jain and the little Khan looks cute sitting comfortably on the carpet.  Check out the videos below:



In a string picture shared on the Instagram page of Jain brothers, Kareena Kapoor Khan is spotted posing for a family picture with her sister Karisma Kapoor, her kids-Samiara Kapoor and Kiaan Kapoor, son Taimur Ali Khan, cousins Armaan and Aadar Jain and others from the family. The first picture shared sees a Lord Ganesha idol. The pictures date back to 2019 and also see Kareena’s mom Babita Kapoor, aunt Reema Jain, and sister-in-law Anissa Malhotra. The pictures moving forward also see Karan Johar’s daughter Roohi Johar, Taimur, and Kiaan Kapoor clicked folding hands in front of the Bappa idol. Apart from this, check out videos from Armaan Jain’s house Ganpati Visarjan from 2018 and 2019. One video sees Armaan Jain dancing on the top of a car while a band plays the dhol in the background. The video also features a clip of Aadar Jain dancing to the beats of the dhol with his brother Armaan, with mom Reema Jain making sure everything is alright. Meanwhile, this Ganesh Chaturthi 2020, many pandals in Mumbai have cancelled the visit of devotees. As Lalbaugcha Raja Ganpati pandal is the biggest in the city which sees a huge crowd of devotees every year, this year, they will be running a camp to help COVID-19 patients.
