Alia Bhatt is currently basking in the success of her latest release ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, which saw the actress in a titular role. Her brilliant performance as Gangubai and power-packed dialogues have left everyone mighty impressed with the actress. While Alia is garnering praise and appreciation from everyone, her fans are quite excited to know about her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor’s reaction to the movie. And, so do we! There is much curiosity to know what Ranbir feels about Alia’s stint in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial.

During her outing in the city, the Raazi actress revealed why her actor boyfriend has not expressed his views on the film. While talking to the paparazzi, Alia said,  “Sabko Ranbir ka response chahiye. Unfortunately, he is not on social media, so he cannot speak about his response.” The actress also added that she will try and convince Ranbir to give a byte for the movie. “So that you get his response. How can I give his response?,” Alia further quipped.

To note, Ranbir had earlier made headlines when he copied Alia’s signature back Namaste pose for paparazzi. Alia also shared a photo of him on her Instagram and gave him the 'best boyfriend ever' tag.




On a related note, Gangubai Kathiawadi is based on a chapter of Hussain Zaidi's book titled 'Mafia Queens of Mumbai'. The movie featured Vijay Raaz, Shantanu Maheshwari, Seema Bhargava Pahwa, and Varun Kapoor in supporting roles, and Ajay Devgn was seen in a special cameo role. The film, which was released on February 25, reportedly earned Rs. 10.50 crore on the first day of its release at the box office.
