Karan Johar's Good Newwz has been in the making for a while now. The film had grabbed a lot of attention for its casting which includes Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. It is, even more, one of the anticipated movies as this film marks the reunion of Akshay and Kareena Akshay who shared the last shared screen space in Kambakkht Ishq which released in 2009 and exactly after 10 years, they are doing a movie together. 

But the latest news about this movie will definitely excite you to watch the film. Well, according to the Mumbai Mirror report, in the movie, Akshay and Kareena will be the stylish and rich couple where they resort to IVF to have a baby after 7 years of marriage while Diljit and Kiara who come from more of a traditional Punjabi family also want a baby. 

A source told the leading tabloid, “This character is stylish and rich, in a space, Akshay has not explored in the recent past. There is plenty of humour and drama in Kareena and his track,” revealed a source close to the development. Further, the source said, "It is a situational comedy revolving around these two couples from different cultural backgrounds and the procedure." So, are you guys excited to see them parenting a baby? Well, we sure are! While the film was earlier scheduled to release on July 19, was then pushed to September 6, 2019. But now the film will be finally hitting the big screens on December 27, 2019. 

Meanwhile, on their work front, Akshay has some interesting line ups. He will be starring in Sooryavanshi alongside Katrina Kaif and Prithviraj which was announced on his 52nd birthday. The actor will also be seen sharing screen space with Kiara in Laxmmi Bomb. Kareena, on the other hand, has Takht and Angrezi Medium in her kitty. Bebo will be playing a badass cop Naina in the film along with Irrfan Khan, Radhika Madan and Dimple Kapadia.
