The first look posters of Good Newwz, featuring Akshay Kumar and Diljit Dosanjh stuck between Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kiara Advani's huge baby bumps, are out and they promise of some hilarious goof-ups
Karan Johar’s Good Newwz is among one of the most anticipated films of this year. It doesn’t only boast of an ensemble cast but also promises an entertaining story with an equally powerful social message. It stars Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles. Now, adding to the film’s buzz, the makers of Good Newwz have released the film’s first look posters, featuring Akshay Kumar and Diljit Dosanjh, and they are extremely quirky!
Both the posters see Akshay Kumar and Diljit Dosanjh trapped between Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kiara Advani and their big baby bumps. While Akshay Kumar looks a bit puzzled, we guess Diljit was enjoying being crushed. Kiara Advani and Kareena Kapoor looked gorgeous as ever! In his caption, Akshay wrote, “'Squeezing' in some #GoodNewwz for you this #Christmas season. Stay tuned, the biggest goof-up of the year is coming! For Diljit’s poster, he wrote, “There’s always someone who ends up with the same #Christmas present as you!#GoodNewwz on Dec 27!” Well, that gives quite a little information about the film’s plot.

Reportedly, Good Newwz’s plot revolves around two couples Akshay- Kareena and Diljit-Kiara. While the former couple will be seen as a rich and stylish couple, who take the IVF route to conceive a baby after 7 years of marriage, Diljit and Kiara come from a traditional family and they too want to have a baby. Good Newwz has been helmed by Raj Mehta and produced under Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. It is slated to hit the big screens on December 27, 2019.
