Govinda Tests Positive For COVID-19 Following Mild Symptoms After Wife Recovered From The Virus

The Novel Coronavirus is taking over all one by one. Just recently, we informed that actor Akshay Kumar tested positive for COVID-19 today morning. He informed everyone on his social media saying that he has taken the necessary medical assistance and has isolated himself. The actor has home quarantined and has urged people who came in touch with him to get tested for safety purposes. Unfortunately, the latest one to get diagnosed with the virus is actor Govinda. It is recently reported that he tested positive after having mild symptoms. The actor was diagnosed after his wife Sunita Ahuja recovered from the virus a couple of weeks back.
He even urged everyone who came in contact with him recently to get themselves tested. Talking to IANS about his health, the actor said, "I have been testing myself and taking all the necessary precautions to keep the coronavirus away. However, I tested positive today following mild symptoms. All others at home have tested negative. Sunita (wife) has just recovered from Covid-19 a couple of weeks back.”
On behalf of Govinda, his spokesperson shared an official statement, reading, “Despite the utmost care, unfortunately, Mr Govinda Ahuja has tested positive for Covid 19. He has mild symptoms and is home quarantine. Mrs Sunita Ahuja requests all those who came in contact with him in the recent past should get themselves tested as a precautionary measure. He seeks blessings and wishes of his fans, friends and everyone from India & abroad.”
