Now, Manoj Muntashir has a starry addition to his long list of admirers. Akshay Kumar, we hear, is thoroughly impressed by the Galliyan lyricist’s poetic brilliance.
After receiving an overwhelming response for the songs of Rustom, Akki has told his team that he wishes to work with Manoj in his upcoming projects. In fact, sources close to the actor say he will be asking Neeraj Pandey to rope in the lyricist for his upcoming film Crack.
The film Crack slated to release on Independence Day weekend 2017.

Says a source, “It is very likely that Neeraj and Manoj might work together because Akshay is highly impressed with his work in Rustom. Akshay feels that Manoj is someone who can get the right words for any song. Neeraj and Manoj have worked together in films like Baby (2015), Manoj Bajpayee-Tabu-starrer Missing and M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, so they share a great bond. Both know each other’s work ethics and are one the same page.”
