It was on Thursday that the first look poster of Janhvi Kapoor from Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl was unveiled on social media. Well, with Janhvi Kapoor slipping into the pilot’s character with so much of perfection; she was bound to be hailed. And that is what had exactly happened, as Janhvi Kapoor was being flooded with appreciation from her fans, family and friend, across social media. However, the most special ones came in from papa Boney Kapoor and her half-siblings, Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor. 

Taking to their respective social media accounts, the Kapoor fam was all praises for their Dhadak girl. Let’s start from daddy dearest Boney Kapoor, who couldn’t stop saying that he is extremely proud of his ‘beta’. “God bless you Beta. Soon the world will applaud,” he added, “You will make all fathers proud of their daughters.” Aww! Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor, on the other hand, too seem to be impressed with her look from the film, as he wrote, “It’s time for you to fly.”

Coming to Anshula Kapoor, she appeared to be the most excited one and her super-long Instagram post is proof. Expressing her appreciation towards Janhvi and Sharan Sharma (director of the film, who is also a childhood buddy of Arjun and Anshula), Anshula wrote, “I am so incredibly proud of you @sharansharma bhaiya for choosing to share this beautiful story with the world in your first film. You’ve always put in 1000% into everything you do, and I know you’ve done the same through the entire process of making this film... I’ve seen @janhvikapoor put her heart, blood, sweat, tears... literally everything she’s got into making sure her portrayal of Gunjan does justice to the real-life hero she is impersonating, as well as your vision for the film. Super duper proud of both of you & super duper excited to watch this unfold on the big screen in March 2020. Only love coming your way."




Well, this indeed is special for Janhvi Kapoor, as things weren’t always the same between them. It was only after Sridevi’s demise that Arjun and Anshula got close to Khushi and Janhvi. The four leave no chance to shell some major sibling goals for everyone out there.
