After a really long wait, the first look of Janhvi Kapoor, as IAF Gunjan Saxena, has been unveiled with a bang, quite literally. The film, titled The Kargil Girl, is being helmed by Sharan Sharma and it sees the Dhadak girl in an impressive avatar. The makers of The Kargil Girl have disclosed a series of posters that trace Janhvi’s journey as Gunjan from her teenage days to that of when she becomes one of the first women Indian Air Force pilots.

As soon as the Dhadak actress shared her first look posters, she has been getting flooded with compliments from across. And it looks like they are hit a hit on the internet as fans, as well as celebrities, are raving praises over Janhvi Kapoor. Varun Dhawan, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Sara Ali Khan and Neelima Azim were among the ones impressed. While the Judwaa 2 actor left heart emojis, Katrina Kaif wrote that she loved it. Alia Bhatt, on the other hand, wrote, “Lovely,” followed by a heart emoji. We so agree with each one of them!

Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi, Vineet Kumar, Rajat Barmecha, Vijay Varma, Manu Rishi and Harsh Chhaya in important roles. It is being jointly produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Zee Studios and will make it to the big screens on March 13, 2020.
