Have Friendly Exes Farhan And Adhuna Turned Foes?
A recent incident, where the celebrity hairstylist refused to do Farhan’s hair on a chat show, suggests that the split has turned ugly
She has crafted some of his best remembered looks, be it his curly mane in Rock On!! or the sikh-chic man bun in Bhaag Milka Bhaag. But it looks like Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabhani’s professional relationship too has bitten the dust after the collapse of their 15-year-long marriage.
The couple who separated in January this year, have maintained a friendly facade with Farhan dropping in at Adhuna’s salon for a trim. (Farhan still trusts only Adhuna and her staff for his hairstyling, April 9) But a recent incident made it obvious that this break-up too has become an acrimonious one.
According to reports, Adhuna was roped in as the hairstylist for a TV chat show but she bowed out as soon as she came to know that Farhan will be one of the guests. She immediately told the makers that no way will she do her ex-husband’s hair. Online reports added that she also made it clear that none of her team members will be available for the job.
It was earlier reported that during a photo shoot, Adhuna had refused to do the hair of an actress (both Aditi Rao Hydari and Shraddha Kapoor were linked to Farhan recently) who was rumoured to have caused the end of their marriage. All in all, this has turned out to be one hair-raising split.
