Virat Kohli and Anushka have purchased a luxurious weekend home in Alibaug’s Zirad village. Designed by Sussanne Khan, the couple’s 4BHK home is said to be priced between Rs 10.5 crore and Rs 13 crore and has a blend of modern and classic decor with a lot of greenery and white décor. While everyone is excited to see a glimpse of Virat’s plush home, the inside photos of Virushka’s weekend villa are out and it is breathtakingly beautiful.
Architectural Digest shared several photos of Anushka and Virat's home on Instagram and wrote in the caption that the house has sublime calmness with a monochromatic scheme taking centre stage. The home feature rustic wood elements, and sharp finishes interspersed with textures and prints that add an element of chic playfulness. The villa follows the Avas style - i.e soothing colour palettes of neutrals that are enhanced with features unique to their home reflecting their aesthetics, like a flow of greenery inside and outside the house. Located in Awas village, the house has four bedrooms, two covered car garages, four bathrooms with powder rooms, a terrace, a lush green garden, outdoor dining, a private pool, outdoor open space, and staff quarters. In the pictures, one can see a beautiful outdoor pool with a wooden deck, a lush green garden, and a big living room washed in white with elegant couches and decorated with white contemporary chandeliers.
Talking about the house décor, Aditya Kilachand, CEO and founder of Avas Wellness, told ETPanache Digital that Virat did not want flashy and over the top décor, he wanted to give his villa a modern and classic decor with greenery around to evoke a feeling of calmness. Earlier, Virat and Anushka had purchased an eight-acre land parcel at Alibaug.
