In Pics: Aamir kickstarts water conservation project in Amravati
The actor sought a first-hand account of those affected by the drought in Maharashtra
In March, Aamir Khan joined hands with the Maharashtra government in making the state drought-free. And the actor is giving his all to the project.

Aamir was spotted at the domestic airport this morning as he left for Amravati.
As a part of his groundwork, the actor headed to the villages that are suffering from drought. He was accompanied by Marathi actors Sai Tamhankar and Sunil Barve, and Reema Lagoo. The foursome met those severely affected by the drought and sought first-hand account of their difficulties.
