Irrfan Khan Not Shooting For Hindi Medium 2 In December; Speculations Are All False
All reports about Irrfan Khan coming back to India for the shoot of Hindi Medium 2 are false. An official statement from the star's spokesperson confirmed the news. Read on
Since morning there have been reports that the ailing Irrfan Khan is going to be back in India and start shooting for Hindi Medium 2 from December. All such reports stand untrue.
Irrfan's spokesperson has released a statement on behalf of the star. “The story floating about Irrfan starting Hindi Medium 2 shoot in December is all based on speculations. However there is a possibility of him returning to India after Diwali,” reads the statement.
Irrfan had taken to social media in March and opened up about being diagnosed with NeuroEndocrine Tumour. He had been rushed to London for check ups and further treatment. With a heavy heart, Irrfan had written to all his followers about the disease. His post read as, "The unexpected makes us grow, which is what the past few days have been about. Learning that I have been diagnosed with NeuroEndocrine Tumour as of now has admittedly been difficult, but the love and strength of those around me and that I found within me has brought me to a place of hope. The journey of this is taking me out of the country, and I request everyone to continue sending their wishes. As for the rumours that were floated NEURO is not always about the brain and googling is the easiest way to do research ;-) To those who waited for my words, I hope to be back with more stories to tell (sic)."
