To avoid a clash with Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer Sooryavanshi, Salman Khan recently took to his social media handle and announced that the film will release on March 27, 2019. His caption read, "I always thought of him as my younger brother and today he proves it... @itsrohitshetty<https://www.instagram.com/itsrohitshetty/>

Sooryavanshi releasing on 27th March 2020." Although their fans were super excited to see them getting a solo release, it is Rohit Shetty's reply that took us and everyone by surprise. His recent comment on it states that Shetty might be planning to expand his cop universe by including Salman Khan.

Reposting the same on his Instagram, Rohit added, "You can Compete with the World but Not with your Family... See you soon Chulbul Pandey!!!😉" Well, after reading that, it definitely hints it that way, right? Looks like Rohit and Salman Khan might come together for a film. And if this is happening then we certainly can't wait to witness some epicness onscreen.

Earlier, there were rumors floating that Rohit and Salman Khan might do a film together, however, his recent comment is just adding fuel to the fire. What say?

On the professional front, after smashing the box office records, Salman Khan is all set to start filming for Dabangg 3 with Sonakshi Sinha and later with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah along with Alia Bhatt. The film is touted to be one of the highly anticipated ones as- a) it marks the reunion of SLB and Salman after Saawariya and b) Due to the unconventional pairing of Salman and Alia. We had earlier reported that after he is done with Inshallah, the Sultan actor will kick start Sohail Khan's, Sher Khan.

Talking about Rohit Shetty, he is currently busy expanding his cop-universe and the latest one is Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif.

The film is slated to release on March 27, 2020, averting the clash with Salman and Alia Bhatt starrer.
