Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi became proud parents to a baby girl on November 18. The two named her Mehr and shared her first glimpse a couple of days after she was born. Now, the new mom has posted an endearing picture on social media which sees the father-daughter duo taking a nap. Neha captioned the picture with a ‘heart’. Such moments are best left unexplained. Isn’t it?
Revealing the joyous news of welcoming their baby into the world, Angad has tweeted, “The last two days have been very overwhelming. @NehaDhupia and me have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl.Thank you all for your wishes and love that is coming our way. Both my girls are doing really well....”

Soon after Neha and Angad tied the knot, rumours of the actress being pregnant started doing the rounds. Finally, on August 24, the couple opened up about the pregnancy. Alongside a picture of him and Neha, the actor wrote, ““Ha! Turns out this rumour is ture.. #satnamwaheguru (sic).”
In an exclusive interview with SpotboyE.com, when Neha was asked if she wants a boy or a girl, she had said, “I just want a healthy baby and Angad always says he wants gold medallists. We both had undying wish of becoming athletes and sports people before joining the movies. Every time he’s asked what he wants, he says, both of us have this undying wish that our child to go and represent India in the Olympics and bring back gold.” Furthermore, we asked her about her preferences, she had said, “We always say, we want a health happy baby. Girls are more fun to dress up and boys are more notorious – you can go and get them dirty. But if it’s going to be a mini Neha or mini Angad, we don’t know. Mini Neha I think.”
