It’s a sad day for Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora’s fans. Malaika and Arbaaz, who split in March 2016 signed their divorce papers a while back at the Bandra Family court.
The couple had filed for dissolution of their marriage based on mutual consent in November.
The two got married in 1997, and have a son Arhaan who is 14 years old. Past few months, they were undergoing counselling sessions.
SpotboyE.com had earlier given you a peek at the conversation between Malaika, 43 and her divorce lawyer Vandana Shah, soon after the separation was announced in March.
Interestingly a lot of times, Bollywood grapevine was abuzz with whispers that the two stars were working on their relationship to avoid an annulment. The rumours had gotten stronger when the estranged couple spent Karva Chauth together, last year.
Arbaaz’s brother, Salman Khan, too had tried to play mediator between the warring couple as the Khan family did not want the marriage to end. While Arbaaz Khan has been open about moving on with his love, Malaika Arora has also been constantly linked to Arjun Kapoor. However, both dismissed all the rumours.
In fact, both Malaika and Arbaaz were spotted together on several occasions, the latest one being The Justin Bieber concert yesterday where they arrived together and posed for the shutterbugs with their kids.
