Paparazzi asked Janhvi Kapoor for a party for buying a Rs 65 crore new house in Mumbai
Janhvi Kapoor has bought a new house in Mumbai for a whopping Rs 65 crore. Her lavish abode is spacious as it is spread over 8669 square feet with a carpet area of 6421. Janhvi, on Sunday, was snapped by paparazzi exiting her fitness class and photographers started teasing the actress saying she did not give them a party for her new house. And, to this, Janhvi smiled and said it was supposed to be a secret but they exposed it.
In a video shared on a paparazzo’s Instagram account, the Dhadak actress could be seen exiting her gym class as she indulged in fun banter with paps. One of the photographers asked the actress, “Nayi ghar ki party nahin mili hum logon ko. Yeh galat baat hain (You didn't throw us a party for buying a new house. This isn't fair).” Hearing this, Kapoor started laughing and said, “Secret tha. Aapne bhanda phod diya (It was supposed to be a secret but you exposed me).” The shutterbugs then joked nothing can be kept secret from them. The 25-year-old, who looked uber cool in a top and shorts, then left in her car. Needless to say, Janhvi looked sexy in a white coloured short top, shorts, and pink slippers. As per the report in Indextap.com, Janhvi Kapoor paid Rs 3.90 crore as stamp duty and registration fees on October 12. In July, she sold out her Juhu flat- spread over around 3,456 sq ft to actor Rajkummar Rao for Rs. 44 crores. The report added that the actress has purchased a raw house in re-sale and might be getting its interiors done by Shah Rukh Khan’s wife and famous interior designer Gauri Khan.
Work-wise, she has teamed up again with Rajkummar Rao for the upcoming film Mr. & Mrs. Mahi'. She also has Bawaal with Varun Dhawan in her kitty.
