Actress Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most popular star kids in Bollywood who has managed to carve a successful niche for herself in the industry. And, with her hard work and hard-earned money, she has bought a lavish duplex bungalow in Bandra worth a whopping Rs 65 crore. As per the latest report in Indextap.com, Janhvi’s new swanky house is very spacious as it is spread over 8669 square feet with a carpet area of 6421.
On October 12 this year, the registration of the property was done and the Dhadak actress reportedly paid Rs 3.90 crore as stamp duty and registration fees. In July, Janhvi sold out her Juhu flat- spread over around 3,456 sq ft to actor Rajkummar Rao for Rs. 44 crore. The report added that the actress has purchased a raw house in re-sale and thus she will be getting its interiors done. The Mili star is also expected to shift soon to her new Bandra house. Meanwhile, Janhvi lately has been busy promoting her upcoming film ‘Mili’ which has been released today. Directed by Mathukutty Xavier, the thriller saw Janhvi in the role of a nurse. Milli is a remake of the director's own 2019 Malayalam film ‘Helen’ and its Hindi sequel is getting mixed reactions. She also has upcoming films 'Mr. & Mrs. Mahi' with Rajkummar Rao, and Bawaal co-starring Varun Dhawan in her kitty.
