Janhvi Kapoor and her family members recently performed griha Pravesh pooja at her new home in Bandra. The Mili actress has been on a successful run so far and the latest development speaks volumes about her hardwork. Janhvi’s luxurious duplex in Mumbai’s Bandra area is worth Rs 65 Crore and several pictures and videos of the same have gone viral.
The griha pravesh pooja was attended by her family members and close friends including, Sanjay Kapoor and his wife, Harshvardhan Kapoor and Reema Kapoor Jain.
It's no secret, Janhvi is close to her family, and pictures of Sanjay Kapoor and his wifey, Maheep Kapoor posing for the paps outside the young starlet's new house have been going viral. Janhvi's chacha-chachi visited her to shower love and blessings.
Earlier, it was reported that Janhvi Kapoor had purchased a lavish duplex apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. As per the reports, Janhvi’s house has a carpet area of 6421 sq ft and a built-up area of 8669 sq ft. Moreover, the luxurious duplex comes with an outdoor garden, swimming pool and five parking lot spots.
The luxurious property is valued at around Rs 1.01 lakh per sq ft. and the Kapoors spent nearly 75,000 per sq ft for it.
A GQ India report suggests that Janhvi also paid a stamp duty of Rs 3.90 crore for the new property.
Meanwhile, another IndianExpress report suggests that Janhvi has joined the long list of Bollywood celebrities who own a house in Bandra. She sold her lavish triplex apartment located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of a skyscraper in Juhu to Roohi co-star Rajkummar Rao in July this year for a whopping Rs 44 crore.
On the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor is known to have a net worth of Rs 58 crore and she has been making waves with her survival drama Mili, a remake of the hit Malayalam movie Helen, which released in theatres today (November 4). She also has Bawaal with Varun Dhawan and Mr. & Mrs. Mahi with Rao in the pipeline which are expected to release next year.
