Janhvi Kapoor turned cover girl for Vogue India, June
issue recently and has been creating buzz on social media since then. The
actress looked stunningly beautiful on the cover and gave her first interview.
Janhvi, who was in conversation with Karan Johar, revealed quite a few things,
including the name of the actor who she wanted to notice her.
Well, he is none other than Rajkummar Rao, whose pictures
Janhvi used to like and comment on, just to get his attention. She said, “I’m
not sure if I should say this, but after watching Bareilly Ki Barfi, I really
wanted Rajkummar Rao to notice me, so I commented on all his photos. He’s the
only person I’ve asked for a photo with."
Quite a fan there!
Yesterday, we told you what the actress replied when
KJo asked her if she feels a void that she can’t turn to her mum now. She
replied saying, “Of course. I could always be the baby with her. When I’d wake
up, the first thing I’d do was ask for her. I’d need her to put me to sleep
sometimes and she literally had to feed me. The day before she left for the
wedding, I had to shoot, but I couldn’t sleep, so I was like, “I need you to
come and put me to sleep.” But she was packing, so by the time she came to me I
was half asleep. But I could feel her patting my head.”
She added further, “I’ve always been very bad at that.
Khushi is very maternal with me. I am a full baby. She takes care of me. Now
she comes and puts me to sleep sometimes.”
Further Janhvi revealed what Sridevi had told her
after watching 25 minutes of her debut film, Dhadak. She said, ““She was very
technical about it. The first thing she told me was the things I needed to
improve—she felt the mascara was smudged and it really bothered her. The second
half has to be different, she told me, “You can’t wear anything on your face.”
That’s all she told me but she was happy.”
And coming to her
revelation about Rajkummar Rao, well, we hope this has reached the actor.
