Veteran Bollywood actress Jaya Bachchan has yet again made the headlines for her rude behaviour towards the paparazzi. On Tuesday evening, she attended the special screening of her upcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani with her kids Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Abhishek Bachchan. She didn’t seem in a good mood as she schooled the paparazzi for shouting at her and requesting her to pose for pictures.
In a video posted by Viral Bhayani, Jaya was dressed in a beautiful fusion ethnic wear that consisted of a red kurta and an embroidered jacket. She entered the venue with her kids in tow and stood in front of the podium where celebrities were supposed to pose for the shutterbags. She refused to pose for the paps and rudely advised them to stop shouting at her. She went on to say, “I am not deaf. Chillao mat.” As opposed to her, her kids acknowledged the paparazzi with smiles on their faces and greeting everyone. Netizens took to the comments section of the now viral video to slam her. One wrote, “She is behaving like a school principal.” Another wrote, “This woman is a disciplinarian! She has zero love for the paps.” Other one said, “She don't need to act any role of Villain or khoonkhar character, she actually is!!!!” One said, “We know mam U r not Deaf …. On the work front, Jaya Bachchan will be next seen in Karan Johar’s upcoming romantic-drama, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer follows the journey of Rocky Randhawa and Rani Chatterjee, who hail from contrasting family backgrounds. In order to get married they come up with a plan to stay with each others’ families so that they can get to know each other better. The movie also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and many more in pivotal roles. It will be released on the big screens on July 28th.
