Jayeshbhai Jordaar starring Ranveer Singh, Shalini Pandey, Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah has been making headlines ever since its trailer was released. Today, the makers released the title track of the film. The song is titled 'Jordaar' and shows Ranveer's quest to save his unborn girl child. The music video features parts we've already seen in the trailer. Ranveer as a Gujarati man has nailed it and how!

The song is sung by Vishal Dadlani and Keerthi Sagathia and written by Jaideep Sahni. Vishal and Shekhar have given the music. The video perfectly shows Ranveer's character as a simple Gujarati man who is living his life with his wife and daughter. He is dutiful and goes on to extreme lengths to save his unborn girl child.

Ranveer recently opened up about similarities between him and his character Jayeshbhai. The actor said in a statement, "There are several parallels between my life and Jayesh's life. Sometimes, you are faced with daunting circumstances when you think how am I going to possibly overcome this to achieve what I want to achieve and there is some amount of courage and fortitude that propels your forward, that you tap into overcoming all of those obstacles and adversities that gets you to where you want to get to and you go about it like your life depends on it." Ranveer added, "I found that in playing Jayesh I was able to tap into my own life's experiences."

Jayeshbhai Jordaar is all set to be released on May 13.
