Bollywood actress Jiah Khan passed away on June 3, 2013, and her suicide case is yet to find closure. She was found hanging in her apartment in Mumbai. Her mother Rabia held Jiah's then-boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi responsible for her suicide and levelled some serious allegations against the actor. On April 27, a special CBI court will deliver its final verdict in the case after 10 long years. Actor Sooraj Pancholi was spotted near his residence leaving for the CBI court. 

In the photos that are doing the rounds on social media, Sooraj could be seen leaving for the court. He was seen making his way toward his car when the paparazzi captured him. The actor, accompanied by his team, sported a green shirt and denim jeans.  Soon after the video of the actor leaving for the court surfaced online, netizens flocked to the comments section to share their reactions. In a recent interview with ETimes, Sooraj’s mother Zarina Wahab revealed she will accompany her son in court and even called him innocent. Zarina was quoted saying, “I am not able to look into his eyes. I can feel what he is going through. And I feel helpless. I can’t say anything to him. “I feel this has been a phase, a traumatic phase.” Zarina Wahab also expressed that she is confident that her son will get justice.

For the unversed, Sooraj Pancholi was arrested in 2013 by the Mumbai police under the charges of abetment to suicide. He was granted bail on a surety of Rs 50,000.
