Judwaa 2 Is Going Steady, Varun Dhawan Starrer Touches The Rs 100 Cr Club

The makers of Judwaa 2 are on cloud nine. Reason? The second instalment of Judwaa has touched the Rs 100 Cr mark, that too just on the 7th day of its release. The film minted Rs 4.25 crore on the 7th day and is labelled as super hit. David Dhawan directorial Judwaa 2 becomes the third highest grosser for the makers of the film.

Trade Analyst, Taran Adarsh tweeted about the roaring success of the film and wrote, “#Judwaa2 remains above all new films... Cruises past ₹ 100 cr mark... Sat + Sun should only go higher, packing a SOLID total in Weekend 2 (sic).”


He also added, “#Judwaa2 [Week 2] Fri 4.25 cr. Total: ₹ 102.33 cr. India biz. SUPERHIT (sic).”

“It’s the THIRD ₹ 100 cr grosser for Fox Star Studios in 2017: #JollyLLB2, #BKD and now, #Judwaa2... Last two star Varun Dhawan,” read the third tweet.

Judwaa 2 held super strong to record Rs 6.06 Cr on Thursday, which is great for a weekday. Such strong weekday collections ensured that the film’s first week total grossed Rs 100 Cr. The film has proven to be an out an out mass film. We are sure Team Judwaa 2 can’t wipe the smile off their faces.
