Kamal Haasan Thanks His Fans And Doctors Post Knee Surgery; States People’s Love Being His First Medicine
Superstar Kamal Haasan in his latest tweet thanked people for messages, praying for his speedy recovery post knee surgery
South superstar Kamal Haasan underwent a surgery after suffering a knee injury; the actor had suffered this knee injury a few years ago when he met with an accident. His daughters Shruti Haasan and Akshara Haasan kept his fans updated about his health after he underwent the surgery by releasing an official statement. Now the actor has tweeted to remain connected with his fans via his social media account. Taking to his Twitter handle, the actor informed of his surgery being successful.
Followed by thanking the team of doctors Sri Ramchandra Hospital, further he mentioned he will keep on interacting with his fans till he recovers. He called his fans’ love and affection his first medicine that would help him recover from the surgery. His Tweet read, “The surgery was successful. Big thanks to the doctors' team at Sri Ramchandra Hospital. Till I recover, I will keep interacting with my fans and followers on social media and in the hearts of people. My first medicine is my people’ love. I wish to see them soon.”

His daughters’ official statement read, “We would like to begin by thanking you for your overwhelming support, prayers and genuine concern regarding our father's recent medical procedure. We are happy to inform all of you that the surgery was a success! The surgery was performed on his leg this morning at Sri Ramachandra Hospital performed by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Mohan Kumar along with Dr. J.S.N Murthy. The doctors, attendees and the hospital management are taking wonderful care of our father and he is doing well, is in good spirits and working towards a speedy recovery.”
