Kangana ditches, Parineeti rescues?

So, Parineeti Chopra has been summoned to play the female lead in Bosco's (of Bosco-Caesar fame) directorial debut Circus.
But before Pari (as Parineeti is fondly called), another leading lady had caught Bosco's fancy.

We are talking about the Queen actress Kangana Ranaut. Always game for working with new filmmakers, Kangs (as Kangana is fondly called) had given her nod of consent to Bosco a little after she gave a go ahead to Vishal Bhardwaj for Rangoon and Hansal Mehta for Simran.
Bosco and Kangs were in touch. There was text messaging involved. Bosco was very optimistic that Kangs would portray the required role of a circus performer.

But then the film industry is nothing short of a circus. Kangs suddenly stopped responding to Bosco's messages.
Repeated messages to contact her failed, and Bosco was almost tearing his hair out. To begin with, he was flummoxed that why Kangs was playing cat-n-mouse with him; the two go back a long way to Tanu Weds Manu which Bosco choreographed (with Caesar). His intrigue soon turned into despair and dismay.
And then came Pari. Will Pari prove to be an angel for Bosco? Time will tell.

Circus, which is also likely to star Suniel Shetty and Sooraj Pancholi, is expected to go on the floors in December. Expect a lot of crazy circus sequences, adrenaline pumping acts and dance in Bosco's debut baby.
